Discipline Policy
We believe that teaching children with positive direction will help them achieve their own self-control / esteem. The staff here at Big Steps handle situations by helping children to learn what to do rather than what not to do. For example if a child is throwing blocks our staff would say, "Bobby, the blocks are for building with". Then make sure the child continues with the positive behavior by showing them how to build with the blocks.
