Find Out More
As your child transitions into our Gentle Giraffes Classroom, we will adhere to their home feeding schedule until approximately 15 months (or sooner) to create a more toddler friendly schedule.
Your child will be taking one nap per day and eating three meals from our nutritional menu. Our loving teachers will be spending time with all the children throughout the day, however your child will have their own primary teacher.
As they transition from our infant to toddler rooms, we promote more texture table activities, outdoor play, and sensory art for your child to explore.

Gentle Giraffes
An Infant Classroom
Our Gentle Giraffes classroom has twelve infants. We have three consistent and nurturing staff caring for our infants daily.
Gentle Giraffes
Lead Teacher: Ms. Catie
My name is Ms. Catie. I have been married to my husband, Jake, for 5 years. We have a baby named Amelia and a cat named Pizza. We love to go camping, especially with family and friends. I also love to dress up in fun costumes!
I graduated from Kuyper College in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Bible and Theology and Communication, with an emphasis on Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. After graduating, I decided I wanted to pursue education, so I obtained my teaching certificate through Grand Valley State University.
Watching children learn and grow is a huge passion of mine. I am excited to get to know each child in our classroom!
